This include a sound test which i believe is more true and accurate for the regular user. I use no equipment or stands, no fancy editing software. I just place the microphones on the desk where i want them, which is not directly in my face, so there is a reasonable distance between myself and the microphone, so the microphone has to excel in these circumstances.
